MANAAKI is based in Aotearoa New Zealand and the product is dispatched from MANAAKI HQ in Warkworth, Auckland.
Shipping:
Shipping within Aotearoa New Zealand - Shipping rates are automatically calculated at the checkout once you enter your delivery address using the carrier Aramax. All shipments are tracked and have an estimated 3-10 day delivery window. Please email info@manaakitrading.com if you require a more urgent service.
Shipping to Australia - Shipping is calculated using NZ Post rates. All shipments are tracked and have an estimated 3-10 day delivery window. Most parcels are between $41- $50 NZD for packages up to 1.5kg. Heavier shipment rates are automatically calculated at the checkout. If you require a more urgent service please email info@manaakitrading.com and we can ship via DHL Express but please note, this will incur an extra charge.
International shipping to the rest of the world - Shipping is calculated using NZ Post rates. All shipments are tracked and have an estimated 3-10 day delivery window, most economy parcels start at around $80 NZD. If you require a more urgent service please email info@manaakitrading.com and we can ship via DHL Express but please note, this will incur an extra charge.
International orders may incur duties charges, please check with your local authority for rates. The fees charged at the checkout only cover postage costs, duties charges are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipments - don’t want to pay so much for shipping? - Depending your location, you might save on shipping costs and carbon footprint by purchasing MANAAKI from our stockist MR PORTER. Visit the MANAAKI landing page here. Please note MR PORTER may not carry the same styles as manaakitrading.com.
RETURNS:
MANAAKI will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. In order to receive a refund, credit or exchange, clothing must be returned in its original condition including original packaging, labels and tags. Please email info@manaakitrading.com to request a return.
MANAAKI reserves the right to refuse a refund, credit or exchange if the returned product presents any signs of wear or damage including and not limited to: Stains or markings, odours such as excessive body odour, or odours which are significantly noticeable i.e. smoke, chemical etc, water marks, the product is excessively wet or saturated if it is not packaged correctly when returned. Product deemed not fit for return will be sent back to the customer.
MANAAKI does not cover the cost of postage for returns.
